Khana khane ke baad Bhul kar bhi na kare yeh Kam hogi kayi Bimariyan

Ham Sabhi jante he Ki achha khana achha health keliye jaruri hota he. Apne dekha hoga kuchh log Meat, Sharab, Gutkha ya Bahar ka khana pasand nehi karte aur sirf ghar ka khana hi khate he.

 

 

Lekin ese logo me bhi aaj Kal bahut sare bimari Dikhne Ko mil raha he. Aaj Kal har 2 log me se 1 me Vitamin, calcium, Iron Ki kami dikh raha he. Esa Ishiliye hota he Kyunki wo Jane anjane me Khana khane ke baad ese kam karte he.

  • Khana Khane se Pehle ya badme kiye gaye Kaam hamara sehat Ko kafi prabhabit karta he. Kyunki yehi nirdharit karta he Ki bhojan ka Hamare health par kitna aur kese asar hoga. Khana Khane ke baad ham kuchh ese galti karte he jisse bhojan na thik se pachta he na hi usme se vitamins hame mil pata he.

 

 

  • Ushme se kuchh galti to itna khatarnak he Ki ye allergie, kamjori aur khatarnak bimari Ko janm deta he. Hamare sarir keliye Bhojan jitna jaruri he, Usse kafi jyada jaruri he usse Jude niyam.   • Jyadatar log khana Khane ke baad sone chale jate he. Unhe Esa lagta he Ki ye sarir keliye achha he. Aur ye bhi sach he ki khana Khane ke baad hame neend ata he. Lekin khana Ko hajam hone keliye hamara sarir sidha hona chahiye aur baith ne se bahut jaldi hajam hota he.

 

  •  Khana upar se niche jata he lekin sone se acid kabhi kabhi upar chala jata he. Jisse apachan, Chhati me dard, Khati dakare, Alshar adi problem dikhne Ko milta he.

  • Hamare sanskruti me yeh chalan he Ki Khane ke bad mitha khana. Kuchh log to Khane ke baad jarur kuchh mitha chij khate he. Lekin yeh Hamare sarir keliye achha nehi he.

 

  • Gud, misri, honey Khane me koi problem nehi he. Asal problem he Chini me. Chini sarir me sugar Ki level teji se badha deta he. Jisse motapa, kamar me charbi hona aur diabetes jese bimari hota he.

 

  •  Uske sath Chini Ko Banate samaye bahut sare chemical Ko use kiya Jate he. Jisse ye acidic bana rehta he. Khane ke baad Mithe Khane se yeh khana ko hajam nehi karta aur urine me acid Ki Matra badha ta he.

 

Khane ke bad chalna ya running karna :

 

 

  •  Apne yeh baat bahut baar suna hoga Ki Khane ke baad 100 kadam chalna chahiye jisse jaldi hajam ho jata he. Lekin yeh baat puri Tarah se Galat he.

 

  • Khane ke baad blood flow Hamare pachan tantra me hota he lekin Khane ke bad chalne se blood flow hath, pair aur dusre part me bhi hone lagta he. Jisse pachan prakriya dhimmi ho Jati he. Ishiliye khana Khane ke Kam se 30 minute baad hi chalna shuru kare.

 

Tea ya coffee pina :

 

 

  •  Tea aur coffee me caffeine aur tannic acid Ki mantra bahut adhik hota he. Khane ke baad isko seban karne se Bhojan me mahjud iron aur protein Ko sarir thik Tarah se absorb nehi kar pati.

 

  •  Tannic Acid – Iron aur protein Ko khatm karta he. Jisse dhire dhire sarir me Iron aur protein ka kami hone lagta he. Jiski Vajah se Kamjori, Motapa, Bal jhadna jese bimario ka samna karna padta he.

 

 

Nahana :

 

 

  •  Khana Khane ke 1 hr baad Nahana chahiye. Kuchh log subhe ke nasta begair nahake karte he aur nasta ke turant baad nahane chale jate he. Isse Blood flow sarir ke dusre parts me hota he aur sarir thanda hone Ki Vajah se pachan dhima ho jata he.

 

 

Bahut jyada pani pina :

 

 

  • Ayurveda ki anushar khana Khane ke turant baad pani nehi pina chahiye. Lekin kuchh log khana Khane ke turant baad bahut jyada pani pi lete he. Jiski Vajah se unke pachan kriya bahut slow ho jata he. Apachan ki karan Pet Ki kharabi, ulcer, acidity aur kabj jese samasya face karna padta he. Ishiliye Bhojan ke minimum 30 minute ke baad pani piye.

 

 

Brush karna :

 

 

  • Raat me sone se Pehle brush karna to thik he. Lekin Khane ke turant baad brush nehi karna chahiye. Khas kar jab aap khati chij ka seban karte he to Dant ke upar bhag naram ho jata he.

 

  • Kyunki khati chijo me citric acid hota he. Aur Ush samaye brush karne Ki Vajah se Dant Ko bhari nuksaan hota he. Ishiliye agar Aap khati chij Khaye he to minimum 1 ghante ke baad brush kare.

 

 

Ese kayi chije he jo dikhne me to sehadmand lagta he lekin Hamare health par bura prabhab dalte he. Kayi baar 2 alag alag prabarti ke chijo ka seban karne se bhi bahut sare bimari hota he.
