Sugar (डायबिटीज) control karne ke gharelu upay

Diabetes Ko control karne keliye bahut chije he aur Aap ish bare me suna bhi hoga. Lekin agar apko sahi tarika aur sahi samaye pata na ho, to wo chije apke sarir keliye labhdayak nehi hoga.

  • Ek bar agar kisi vyakti Ko diabetes ho jata he to kebala davaiyo par nirvar hone Ki Vajah apne Rojana jindagi me bhi kuchh paribartan laye. Tab hi ish bimari Ko hamesa keliye khatma kiya Ja sakta he.

 

  • Har bimari Ko khatam karne keliye diet ka main role hota he. Agar apne Rojana Khan pan me diabetes ke khilaf asar dikhane bali chijo ka jyada seban kiya Jaye to bina kisi dabayi ya insulin ke, sarir ke sugar level Ko control me rakha Ja sakta he.

  • Aloevera jitna hamara tocha aur balo keliye upyogi hota he. Ushe se kayi jyada ye hamari sehat keliye bhi faydamand he. Study se pata chala he Ki aloevera Ki istemal se diabetes ke sath sath high blood pressure, asthma, Glaucoma aur pet se judi kayi Tarah ke bimario Ko thik kiya Ja sakta he.

 

  • Aur khas kar Jin logo ka blood sugar level 200 se adhik hota he. Unlogo ke sarir par aloevera ka sabse jyada asar hota he. Aloevera ka seban khali pet karna sabse faydamand mana jata he.
